We caught the ferry from Hamilton to Somerset to see the historic dockyard.
The dockyard is a facinating place with old warehouses converted into a modern mall with fine restaurants and shops.

This is a very pleasant beach outside the fortress walls. You may want to bring your bathing suits.

Frog and Onion (Bar)
This is a great watering hole and good restaurant.
Housed in the 18th century cooperage in the historic Royal Naval Dockyard. The menu features a fantastic selection of traditional English style pub food. Innovative entrees, seafood and drink are served in the Cooper's Room with it's giant fireplace. They brew their own Dockyard Brewing Company’s beer.
