Quite a large liveaboard comunity in the anchorage.
Watch out for coral heads on the way in.

A quaint touristy (back packer) type of town with restaurants and shops built out over the water on stilts.

Flying out of Bocas (Transport)
The airport is a $1 taxi ride from anywhere in town.
When I flew out, I had to fly from Bocas to Panama City and overnight in an Hotel before flying to Miami the next morning.
There are not too many facilities at the airport or nearby. I walked about 10 minutes to find a backpackers lodge that sold beer.
