We took a bus trip from Portimao to Lagos and rented a boat, with driver, to go to the sea caves.

Sea Caves Boat Trip (Excursion)
There were many cave tour boats to choose from on the west bank of the waterway. The trip took about 1-1/2 hours and was great fun.
