Northeast River at the head of the Chesapeake.
The town now has a nice park and free docking for 8 or 10 boats on a first come first serve .
The town is about a 5 minute walk from the dock . The town has lots of great little stores to roam thru.
Hungry , try Woodys crab shack right on the main street.

There are many articles about cruising New England on www.coastalboating.net. Area covered is from Sandy Hook New Jersey and New York Harbor to Maine. Most of the harbours on Long Island Sound and the North Fork are covered as are Block Island, the Elizabeth Islands, Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, Fisher's Island, Naragansett Bay, Newport, Buzzard's Bay, etc.
